I wore this with my denim suit when I worked in-office and it fits more like a woman’s 10, but is sized as 14. Buttons are on the right like menswear, but is sized like a woman’s blouse. 20” from underarm to underarm. 23.5” top of arm/shoulder to hem;same from top front button collar to hem
