Vintage 70’s collared blouse with flared sleeves

Vintage 70’s collared blouse with flared sleeves. Slit in the front and slits on the sides. There is no give to the fabric. This is a handmade blouse so there are no tags and the seams on the inside are not completely finished. (Please see photos.) There are no tags because this is handmade. I would say it is 100% polyester. MEASUREMENTS (while laid flat) Shoulder to shoulder: 14” Bust: 18” Waist: 17.5” Hip: 19” (there are slits) Sleeve length: 20.5” Sleeve at widest point: 6.5” Full Length: 25” My measurements are 36”-29”-39” 5’5”
