Float vintage 70s dress. Elastic waist with tie belt and tie closure at collar. Very airy and lightweight. Two-to e stripe effect with muted green and peach tones. No tags, so I think it may be hand made. Purchased from a vintage store in Paris :) 1 small flaw in front by lace, not noticeable Measurements taken flat: Length: 42” Waist: 12”-16” Shoulders: 16.5” Best fits small or medium
