@shopgoldilux neck to waist is , 14 inches from waist to hem is 40 so 54 in total. being this is a true older style there in at least an inch or so of hem at the bottom . Dresses were made with room to be let out here and there . It wasn't uncommon to alter them to fit the women wearing them exactly.
