Vintage 70’s floral maxi chiffon and taffeta with shrug hot pink xxs

Vintage 1970’s floral maxi dress. Hot pink taffeta with a floral chiffon overlay and ruffle neck. Sheer shrug to match. No stretch at all. Believe this was a junior bridesmaid dress. Likely and a matching wicker hat at one point, which was popular in the 70’s.
