Vintage 70s green and taupe floral sheer crop button down shirt top S/M small

The floral pattern on this is really beautiful. Vintage looks like from the 1970s. Button down, cropped length, tie and elastic at the waist. Tag says cotton/poly blend. It's a sheer fabric, very lightweight. Will fit Small/medium. Measures approx 20.5" flat across the underarms and is 17.5" long.
