Vintage 70s navy maxi dress

The coolest navy 70s maxi dress with florals and diamonds. This comes with a tie you can use to cinch the waist, or as a scarf. Great condition, no flaws to note. No tags but fits like a modern Large-XL, honestly fits much smaller if you cinch the waist. I’m an XS and can even wear it! Measurements lying flat are 20” pit to pit, 21.5” high waist, 22.5 natural waist, 58” long. The sleeves are 18” pit to wrist, and the tie is 88” long.
