Vintage 70s novelty set

On a never-ending search for unique vintage? Me too. Looky here.. I found these 2 pieces separately & I don't know how they ever lived without eachother! No brand labels. The top will fit a S/XS & the bottoms are XS with a 24 waist (size 0). ♡ Extremely lightweight & comfy polyester (nearly sheer) with an all-over whimsical graphic print of hot air balloons, kites, jesters, spectators, flags, & more on a gradient background of sky & clouds & intriguing shadows. Just as the graphics give the sense of the dawn of man's flight & the dawn of the 20th century, the color-way also promotes the feeling of the dawn of day in a mixture of greys & champagne mauves. The tank is fitted with bust darts & a slightly tapered waist, a low scoop, & trim around the neck & arm holes. The pants are mid to high rise with a nylon Talon zip fly & hook & eye closure, slim fit, & wide legs. ♡ MEASUREMENTS (flat across unstretched) TOP Bust: 16" Waist: 15" Bottom hem: 18" Length: 23 1/2" BOTTOMS Waist: 12" Front rise: 10 1/2" Back rise: 14" High hip (4" below waist): 15 1/2" Low hip (below fly): 17" Upper thigh: 11 1/2" Inseam: 30 1/2" Outer seam: 41" Leg opening: 12" ♡ FABRIC 100% polyester with about 1 1/2" stretching power, but the waist has no stretch. Machine wash warm, gentle. Tumble dry low heat. ♡ CONDITION Good pre-worn vintage condition with a handful of tiny pricks/pulls on each piece, so not perfect. No stains, runs, or hope chest odors.
