Vintage 70s party dress

This vintage 70s party dress is absolutely stunning featuring the balloon sleeves … I feel like a princess lol Gorgeous ruffle collar and ribbon at the waist. Needs good steam or iron to flatten out the bow but so stunning. No brand tag but does have a union tag. Estimate size small Bust 34” Waist 28” Length 58” This vintage dress is in very good condition but does have some flaws to note. There is some faint staining on sleeve. Reference video. The ribbon on the waist in the back has some small holes. Ribbon needs good press to be back in its perfect shape. Price reflects wear.
