Vintage 70's pleated school girl skirt Size 6-8

This is a very cute vintage pleated schoolgirl skirt. There is no fabric content label but it does say Dry Clean Only so I am guessing it is wool. It is unlined and in excellent vintage condition. The size label say 11-12 but vintage garments are sized larger than modern sizes so note the measurements. The Union makers label dates this between 1974-1995, but the style of the skirt is likely late 70's and early 80's. Measurements laid flat- waist 13.5", waist to hem- 27.5".
