Vintage 70's puffy-sleeved blouse, S/M

This button-down blouse is a great alternative work wear piece: with semi-puffy sleeves, thick stripes of opaque and sheer red and black fabric, fabric-covered buttons, and a high neck with short scarf attached (that I've only worn open and hanging), it's pretty rad and in great vintage shape! Looks good with a pencil skirt or even typical work pants. No size; would fit a small/medium.
