Vintage 70's-80' Handmade Floral Dress 1/2 Sleeve Grandma Special. 40" Chest

Vintage 1970's-80' Handmade Floral Dress, 1/2 Sleeves(slightly under 1/2) and full square shoulder pads. 40" Chest, 47" shoulder to hem. Elastic large waistband is approximately 26" with no pull on it. Single button closure on back of neck. I want to call this a blouson dress but I am not certain that is the correct definition. Top with high neck pleats over a 5" wide blue waistband. My guess is that the dress is made from a chiffon style polyester. With a thicker ribbed polyester for the blue waist band. Almost a sweater feel. Unique style not easily found in this modern day and age. Very retro. Read full measurements as no size tags are available. This definitely looks like a grandma special to me. Armpit to armpit: 20" Shoulders: 15" Back of neck to hem: 47" Shoulder to top of waistband: 18" top of waistband to hem: 29" Elastic waistband with no pull on stretch is 25"-26" stretches easily about 4"-6" before any significant pull. All measurements are taken with no pull on fabric. They are a best approximation as we are not professional tailors or seamstresses. Good pre-owned vintage condition. No rips, holes, tears or stains. Minor imperfections may possibly be observed. See pictures.
