New with tags, vintage 70s/80s cheongsam style floral dress. Dress has a waist tie that can be tied in front or back. Dress also has a small side slit and elastic waist. Tagged size 18. No brand tag (rn# comes up as New York & Company), but is originally from Kohl's. *Please note the string loop is missing from one side, but can be easily added (see photos) Measurements: Pit to pit: 20.5" Waist (unstretched): 14" Length (top of shoulder to hem): 45" Side slit: 9.5"
