Vintage 70s-80s Red & White Polka Dot Ruffle Neck Peplum Midi Promises Promises

I will not contact you outside the app or give you my email* I purchased this dress in Japan in Harajuku at a vintage fashion store. It came as is, with the main tag missing and a few stains. Dress is lovely and the mid section is an elastic so it could fit a medium to large but I’ll list it as a Large even though I don’t remember the exact size they listed it as. Please note the last two photos are the exact same dress but they are not my photos. They were taken by classicragamuffin on debop. I do not have a manaquin so these photos give a better idea of how the dress looks.
