Vintage 70s/80s Secretary Day Dress size 16

I am offering up this fabulous vintage Secretary dress. It’s from the late 70s, early 80s and has a fun and detailed mandarin collar. It comes with its original two tie belts. Elastic in waist and sleeves is in pretty decent condition for its age. The dress is a sheer polyester and has a silk screened hibiscus on the breast. Sleeves are more of a half length. Does run smaller than a current size 16. Probably closer to a size 12 by today’s standards.
