Vintage 70s/80s velveteen dress with embroidered floral detail

Vintage 70s/80s velveteen dress with embroidered floral detail. The fabric has a little stretch, but the lining does not, so there is just a little bit of give. It is very tight on me especially at the bust. (see my measurements for reference.) There are thin belt loops for a belt which can be used or can easily be cut off. This piece is not perfect, but is still in pretty good condition. There are a few stains and holes throughout. (as shown in photos.) TAG READS No tags, possibly handmade.
