Vintage 70s-80s women’s stretchy red white and blue belt

Marked size medium. Flat lay measurement while buckled is approx 13” not stretched but can stretch to approx 18”. Good vintage condition with lots of stretch. Brass tone closure/buckle. Do not see any flaws but as with all vintage items, there may be signs of age and wear.
