Vintage 70s Expressly for J.C.Penny turquoise coat, sz XL

Visage 70s Expressly for J.C.Penny turquoise reversible coat with hand pockets on either side., sz XL. buttons down the front. one button is missing on the solid color side. the buttons on the plaid side are all there. otherwise very good condition. I'm not sure if it is a raincoat or not.
