Vintage 74-80's ILGWU Union Made Brown Velvet Flair Wide Leg Pants SZ. 10R 28/29

Vintage 74-80's ILGWU Union Made, Brown Velvet, Flair/Wide Leg, High rise, Pants. Size 10R (or12? read for details) 28/29. Crown CC Zipper. Hook & Eye closure. Fully nylon lined. Dry clean only. If I am reading the date/size tag correctly these were produced in Nov. of 1982 and are a size 10R. I may be reading the tag incorrectly but in either way they are a ILGWU tag from post 1974 going until the early 90's. I do not believe they were made that recently. There is also a number 12 on the tag. Please make sure to check against the detailed measurements I am going to provide. Great vintage condition. No rips, holes, tears, or stains. Minor imperfections/flaws may possibly be observed. Velvet does have pressure/crease marks. It is my thought that most if not all of them would come out with a dry cleaning.
