Vintage 80/20 Silver Ring

Beautiful Vintage Ring with what looks like either coral or maybe carnelian inlay. The 4th picture shows the 800 jewelers mark which is 80%silver and 20% alloy. This mark is used primarily in Italy and Germany. This is definitely a unique find! Approximate size is 71/2.
