Vintage 80/90s floral dress

This is so cute and I’m sad to pass it on. It doesn’t have a size but fits a medium, I’m a medium. I’m busty and have issues with the buttons since this has no stretch. I wouldn’t recommend for DD ladies. This has shoulder pads and is cute when tied around the waist. There is a little damage to the dress from being vintage but can easily be fixed with needle and thread. I’ll take measurements and update post later
