Vintage 80's 90's Chains & Tassels Midi Dress

Rare Find! Vintage 80's or 90's Chain and Tassels pattern midi length dress, by Jo Hanna York by Joan Davis, Vintage tagged size 16 (see actual measurements since they differ from modern sizes). it has bold shoulder pads, and a faux attached scarf. Zipper runs up the back, and skirt is pleated. The buttons are gorgeous with crown features. Bust is 23" one direction, waist 18" and length 52" from under nape of neck to hem. This dress has a Gucci flare!
