Vintage 1980s or 1990s high waisted pencil style mini skirt by Body Action Design in collaboration with Jeffrey Halper. Made of a snake skin patterned velvet in black and a range of silvery metallic grays, from pewter to gunmetal. Hidden zipper on the side. The tag is faded but I believe it says 100% cotton. There is not much stretch. Best fits a size 25" or 26" waist. Retro neutral naturecore fairycore goblincore whimsigoth minimalist animal print glam style vibes.
