Vintage 80's 90's M/L pale blue flutter sleeve prairie lace night gown dress by Quiet Moments! Has a subtle texture to it. Cute flutter sleeves with lace trim. Lace around neckline and an embroidered bow at the base. Fabric is slightly sheer and light weight. With a slip and a belt it could be a fun midi dress to wear out? Wonderful condition.
