Vintage 80s 90s black and white polka dot dress with shoulder pads size 12

Beautiful vintage 80s or 90s black dress with pearl buttons polkadot top and red handkerchief accent. Gives very Cruella Deville vibes. In good use condition with no flaws that are noted. The dress is solid black I am not sure of the material as the car tagis very worn. . For sizing reference I wear a modern day size 12/14 and am 5'4" and this fits me well. I am cleaning out my personal closet to make more space so feel free to bundle multiple items for a better deal. * belt is not included*
