Vintage 80's 90's size 14 L blue and white belted pleated midi dress! 3/4 sleeves. Decorative buttons up bust and on sleeve ends. Knife pleated skirt. Matching belt included! Pretty white border print on skirt half and all over floral medallions. This does have shoulder pads. Keep in or take out. Wonderful condition. Length from shoulder to waist - 18 1/2 inches. Belt: Smallest setting - 16 inches across. Largest setting - 17 1/2 inches across.
