Vintage Albert Nipon black wrap dress sz 12 - additional tag indicates it was purchased at rae phillips inc., a fashionable Cleveland, OH shop - only condition item to note is the elastic on the wrists could stand to be replaced as it's lost its snap. Can be worn without doing so but I wanted to note it. - hem does appear to have been customized and there is no seam allowance for lengthening but there are allowances in the side seams - unlined, a bit sheer in bright light - tie wast with soft pleating - snap at chest - open v neck style - meant to be worn loose - ILGWU Made in USA - fabric appears to be polyester crepe, dry clean only Measurements: (taken flat, approximate) Bust: no true "bust" as the sleeves are very wide. Waist: 28" Length: 44"
