Vintage ‘80s Alexis Fashions, Inc. Baby Pink Skirt Suit

Fantastic vintage ‘80s baby pink blazer / skirt set designed by Alexis Fashions, Inc. Both pieces are already cute but this could be a great upcycling / sewing project - personally I’d cut the skirt into a mini and crop the jacket (but I like a fitted look!). Blazer measurements: Measures 19 inches underarm to underarm, 17 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 19 inches. The size tag is a 7/8; it fits like a modern Large (I imagine it was cut generously to fit the oversized trend in ‘80s fashion). Skirt measurements: Waist measures 14 1/2 inches across, length is 23 1/2 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. Fits like a modern Large. Both pieces are in excellent pre-owned condition. There is also an adjustable matching belt - the belt shows some wear (pictured).
