Vintage 80’s Anthony Sicari 2 piece dress

Made in the USA, vintage 2 piece dress by Anthony Sicari . Jewel tone, paisley print with Ultrasuede at the shoulders and on the Peplin. Dolman sleeves that are adjustable at the cuff with a small snap. The top buttons in the back with fully covered buttons. Shoulder to shoulder on the jacket is 17 inches, 30 inches at the waist And 22 inches long. Skirt has an all elastic waist at about 28 inches and 29 inch length in excellent condition.
