Vintage 80’s Anthony Sicari blue knit w floral pleated sleeves. Size 22

Vibrant blue sweater knit top with floral accordion pleated double tiered elbow length sleeves. Made in USA . Measurements laying flat pit to pit 25” waistband is 3” with 16” ( laying flat ) stretching to 24.5 “. The length from back center is 25”. Marked a vintage size 22. Does have stretch and does have shoulder pads. The shoulder pads can be removed if you wish . Z14
