Vintage 80’s BILA Dress S Gauzy Rayon Tie Back Apron Cover Front Abstract Floral

Amazing 80s classic casual dress, with slight drop waist line, layered front with bib apron style layering & wrap around tie to back, waist line sits 17 inches down from back of neck, oversized fit, underarm across back is 18 1/2 inches, waist line is 19 inches across, Total length from back of neck to bottom hemline is 41 1/2 inches, dress is photographed on a modern medium dress form for reference. I soaked this dress and took great care getting all age color stains or any residual off of it, it’s in excellent condition without any issues other than wear from age, dress is 40+ years old.
