Vintage 80s Baby Blue Celestial Moon Layered Tie Top Flowy Dress

This is a beautiful dress! Very unique print and features a flowy “top” that sides on the side and has shoulder pads and frilly flowy cap sleeves. Very flattering shape. The brand is TF and is believed to be from the 80s. I believe this dress is a size 12, but due to fading on tag and the difference in vintage sizing, please double check measurements before purchasing.
