Vintage 80’s Batwing Sequin Top

Vintage 80’s Batwing Sequin Top Size Medium Shades of blue and hot pinks on a black backing. None of the parts are clearly defined. It is approximately 16” across the bust, 23” long from the shoulder and 12.5-17” across the waistband. The elastic loop that connects to the button has lost some of its elasticity.
