Vintage 80's Bedford Fair Floral Dress (fits like 10/12)

Size: 16 (please refer to measurements) Brand: Bedford Fair Super fun floral 80's dress from Bedford Fair. Has shoulder pads that could be snipped out. Marked size 16, runs small, more like a 10/12-- measures approximately 18" pit to pit, 16" at the waist, 19" at the hip, 43" from top of shoulder to hem. Measurements taken when garment is laying flat. **Vintage clothing is in secondhand condition. It's normal to expect some natural wear of the item, due to the age of the garment and its previous use.
