Vintage 80's Black Dotted NetParty Dress

This is a vintage 80's party dress by Pat McDonagh, Canada. Gathered net bodice with long waist. Tiered skirt. Fabric is a black nylon net with dot pattern. Zips up back. Excellent condition. Tag says 11/12 but this is vintage..runs much smaller. Fits up to a 35" bust, 25" waist and 36" hips. Length is about 47" from top of shoulder to bottom edge. Estimated as a small.
