Incredible vintage 80s ruched black taffeta dress with ruffle skirt. Ruffles are so full and really 3-D. Back side has a large bow with rhinestone details that snaps down. Brand label has been torn out but I found an exact same one by Lillie Rubin so it’s most likely that. Really a fun party and cocktail dress. About a size extra small but check measurements. Excellent condition. Approximate flat measurements: Armpit to armpit: 16” Waist: 13.5” Hips: 17” Length: 39”
