Vintage 80's Bridesmaid Prom puff sleeve butt bow

Great condition. Would be perfect with alterations to make vintage style comeback or for 80s style party. Turquoise or teal long formal dress for Prom or bridesmaid. Hard to find older dress in today’s sizes. Formats like a modern 10/12. Excellent used condition. A slight sign of wear on repair next to zipper but not noticeable when worn. 17” bust. Questions?
