Vintage 80s Brynn Connelly white cotton high waist, pleated preppy nautical rope / lil' flags boating, coastal cottage midi skirt. So fun for a 4th of July party on the East coast. The skirt is marked a vintage size 6P. Fits like a modern size XS 2 /24-25 inch waist. Please refer to the measurements provided below. Overall great shape. I found a what looks like a tiny pen prick mark and an exteremely faint, very small light tea color mark near a side seam. Last two photos. These are not at all noticeable while wearing.
