Vintage 80s Bullocks Emphasis Black Leather pencil skirt

Beautiful, quality pencil skirt made in USA of genuine, soft leather. Fully lined. Knee length. Small slit in the back center. Excellent condition. Marked size 10, but it's more of a modern size US 4/6 or Small. Measured flat, waist is 13.5" and hips 18.5".
