Vintage 1980’s burgundy with multicolored floral pattern long sleeved secretary blouse with beautiful Victorian style neck ruffle collar by Tortoise. Size tag reads 14, fits like a modern medium to smaller large . Approximate measurements are 21.25 inches armpit to armpit, 25 inches shoulder to hem Second button from top is missing however that spot is hidden beneath the bib ruffle. One cuff is missing one of its two buttons (see photo) otherwise great condition Thank you!
