Semi translucent with satin sheen, and drawstring silk scarf at bottom hem for ruffle effect, detachable. Long sleeves with button detail. Designer, materials (this is either amazing quality rayon or it's silk. It's silk.), and size tag missing- this was home made vintage. Bust at 36", waist at 33.5" Medium? Excellent condition with no stains or tears. Beautiful watercolor effect.
