Vintage 80s Carol Anderson California Dress Blue Floral A Frame Belted

This vintage 80s Carol Anderson California dress is a blue floral A-line maxi style with a belted waist and shoulder pads.  The dress is a size 14 for women with a chest size of 42 inches, waist size ranging from 28-34 inches, hip size of 25 inches across, and measures 50 inches from shoulder to hem with a waist to hem length of 32 inches. Lots of cracking on back of belt. Dress is in Very Nice Condition
