Length is aprox 47" from top of shoulder to bottom and aprox 27-1/2" wide from bottom of sleeve to bottom of sleeve. the width at the drop waist section is aprox 29-3/4" so could also be a 22W or 24W, maybe 4X. The lining goes from the shoulders down to just above the drop waist, it appears to have gone thru the drop waist but was cut back, perhaps it was pulling when you sit, so it's super comfortable wear now. See pics. It's an 80's modest dress, we would not have bothered with a lining in 2024, the fabric is not sheer :) Single owner, non-smoking home.
