Vintage 1980s 1990s broomstick skirt by Short Circuit. Hot pink, black and green floral pattern in a crinkle fabric. Sheer, unlined cotton gauze midi or maxi skirt, depending on your height. Tagged "free size," would fit a wide range of sizes due to drawstring and loose pleated cut. Drawstring waist expands up to approximately 36". Made from 100% cotton. Made in India.
