Vintage 80s DIANE FREIS Floral Shoulder Pad Blouse

Women’s vintage 1980s blouse by Diane freis. Made of polyester. Shoulder padding inside, pleated top sleeves, drawstring at hem. Keyhole slit in back. In good vintage condition. A few runs in material. Inside collar above tag has a few marks. Tag was also torn out and resewn back in with black thread. Measurements: About 21.5” across chest lying flat, measured from underarms at side seams under sleeves About 19.5” across bottom hem lying flat and not tied 21.5” in length top shoulder to front hem Sleeves are just over 14” long from underarm seam to end
