Great condition vintage Victor Costa Dress. Showstopper color, and if you like being in a dress no one else will have, this is it. Truly one (or very few) of a kind. Excellent structure and design. Tulle and lining. Only issue is some discoloration in the lining. This doesn't affect the dress and you cannot see it. Marked a size 8. UsA made. Shoulder to waist, 15 inches, waist to hem 26 inches. Up to 34 bust and 28 waist. Blue velvet bodice and satin skirt and sleeves.
