Vintage 80's Dress Sleeveless Paint Splatter Elastic Waist Florescent M

Vintage 1980s paint splatter dress in a size medium. It is sleeveless with a mock turtleneck and has elastic that can be worn at the waist for a mini-skirt and blousy look or you can wear it straight for a smaller blousy look. This is a one owner dress and was made by Dress Code, NYC. It is white with black trim and has black scribbles throughout with yellow, orange, red, green, purple marks.
