Vintage '80s Dress by Zoey T

Bright, bold red dress with black accents and print. Top has a loose, boxy fit and is lined with black sheer lining (shown in photo) . Black, slightly sheer fabric at the waist. The only tag is the one shown that says Zoey T. Fabric has a little stretch to it. Please see measurements for the best fit.
