Vintage 80's E.R Gerard New York Black Skirt

This is for another Vintage piece found cleaning out parents closets. This black skirt is from E.R. Gerard New York which was a 80"s fashion piece. Waist is 28" and 29" to bottom hem. Looks like a poly blend no tag. Side zipper and button closure. Piece is fully lined and appears to be more fall seasonal piece. Does have a tiny hole I put my finger on in pic. Lining covers it and I almost didn't even see nor will anybody else !! Very sharp looking piece !!
