Vintage 80s En Francais by Huey Waltzer Satin Skirt

Has a layer of tulle that gives it great volume Has a thick long belt attached to the skirt that can wrap around probably twice and ties into a fat bow (apparently im not capable of tying bows ) No tags other than the brand . Otherwise in excellent shape ! Zipper closure on back I would guess it to be around a size large but please check measurements ❤️ Waist is 16” across (no stretch!) Skirt is 21” long
